Welcome to the Rain Check Coffee website. By booking services, submitting payment, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
Rain Check Coffee provides mobile espresso bar and coffee catering services for private events, weddings, corporate gatherings, and other special occasions. Service details, menu selections, pricing, and event logistics will be confirmed during the booking process.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date. Remaining balances are due 7 days prior to the event date as outlined in your invoice or booking confirmation.
Bookings made close to the event date may require full payment upfront. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible based on availability.
Rain Check Coffee reserves the right to cancel services due to unsafe conditions, emergencies, severe weather, or circumstances outside of our control. If we must cancel an event, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.
4. Event Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing:
Adequate setup space
Safe and accessible entry- no stairs required
A nearby dedicated power source
A nearby sink or drain to dump coffee waste water
Required venue approvals
Appropriate weather protection for outdoor events
Rain Check Coffee may refuse or modify service if event conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for equipment or staff.
5. Guest Counts & Menu Changes
Final guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed before the event date. Additional guests, extended service times, or last-minute changes may result in additional charges.
6. Travel Fees
Events outside our standard service area may include additional travel fees. Any applicable fees will be communicated in advance.
7. Equipment & Property
All carts, espresso machines, tools, and related equipment remain the property of Rain Check Coffee. Clients may be held responsible for damages caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties during the event.
8. Weather Policy
Outdoor service requires adequate overhead protection. For safety reasons, we may pause or discontinue service during severe weather or unsafe temperatures.
9. Liability
Rain Check Coffee is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services caused by circumstances outside of our control, including venue restrictions, inadequate power access, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.
10. Website Use
All content on this website, including logos, photos, branding, and written materials, is the property of Rain Check Coffee and may not be copied or used without permission.
Users agree not to misuse the website or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through booking forms or inquiries.
11. Privacy
Information submitted through our website will only be used for communication, booking, and business operations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking services with Rain Check Coffee, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
