  • Not a whole lot! We’ve designed our coffee cart to be fully mobile, so we can set up smoothly, serve efficiently, and leave your space just as we found it.

    All we need is:

    • A small 8x8 ft area for our cart so our baristas have room to work

    • Access to a 110v / 20 amp outlet on dedicated power circuit

    • A point of contact on-site to guide us to the setup location.

    • 1.5 hours before the event to set up and 1 hour to disassemble and cleanup afterwards

    Our mobile espresso bar is fully self-contained, even equipped with its own sink- so you can relax knowing we’ve got the rest covered.

  • Our pricing is based on a few factors. These include: Venue location, number of guests, duration of event, customizations, add ons, etc. Check out our catering packages on our homepage to get an idea of where our prices start. Next, get a custom quote on our homepage for a precise cost based on what you need for your event!

  • We serve events all across Oregon & Washington. We are based out of Portland, so anything further than 1 hour outside of the Portland area will incur a travel fee, but we are more than willing to make it happen!

  • Yes! We have something for everyone. Beyond all of our coffee beverages, we offer chai, hot cocoa, flavored steamers, and herbal tea. We also offer add ons to the menu like matcha and decaf.

  • Our coffee cart service includes everything needed for a seamless experience: freshly roasted coffee, dairy and plant-based milk options, and flavored syrups for custom drinks. It is essentially a full cafe on wheels brought to you.

    Professional baristas handle setup, service, and cleanup, so you can focus on your event.

    Pricing is straightforward and covers unlimited drinks for your guests during your event, plus travel, setup, and breakdown. Optional add-ons like custom branding are available and clearly priced.

  • Yes, we can absolutely handle large events and multi-day bookings. We typically serve about 50–60 guests per hour and will provide a custom quote based on your event size, duration, and needs.

    We also offer recurring catering for companies- whether that’s quarterly, monthly, or even weekly. Just let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll create an excellent coffee experience that fits your schedule.

  • Select the “book now” or “get a quote” button on our homepage, next enter your event details:

    • Date and time

    • Location/zip code

    • Guest count

    • Service duration

    • Services you’d like to add on

    You will then be emailed a quote same day. Review the quote, call, email, or text us with any questions you may have and click the “book my event” link in your quote. You will then fill out a booking form that includes:

    • Contact information

    • Event details

    • Setup requirements

    • Layout preferences

  • Immediately after booking:

    • We will contact you with any questions about the setup, layout, timeline, etc.

    • Confirm space and power requirements

    • Go over parking and loading info

    Week of event:

    • Weather contingency (if outdoor)

    • Final guest count

    • Special requests review

    Day of event:

    • Baristas arrive 1-1.5 hours early

    • Professional setup

    • Excellent service during event

    • Organized breakdown

    Post-event:
